Structure

The group has two entities.  Safe Partnership Limited is the Charity.  The trading company, Safe Partnership Services Limited, covenants profits to the charity and is currently inactive.

Management Structure

The charity has a simple structure.

• The headquarters is in Wareham, Dorset.  The Chief Executive, Head of Projects and Resources, Administrator and Finance Officer run the charity from there.  Our Development Manager and Project Co-ordinator is also based in the headquarters, responsible for implementing our development plans and for projects in the North West and Northern Ireland.  Our Sunderland Project Co-ordinator is also based in Wareham.
• We have an office in Newcastle where a manager and two administrators co-ordinate three schemes in Newcastle.
• Security Installers are based in the North West, Newcastle and Dorset to cover our schemes nationally.
