Structure

The group has two entities.  Safe Partnership Limited is the Charity.  The trading company, Safe Partnership Services Limited, covenants profits to the charity and is currently inactive.

Management Structure

The charity has a simple structure.

• The headquarters is in Wareham, Dorset.  The Chief Executive, Head of Projects and Resources, Finance Officer and Administrator run the charity from there.
• Project Coordinators and their administrative support plus our Development Manager, responsible for implementing our development plans, are also based in Wareham.
• Security Installers are based regionally to cover our schemes nationally.
